Prime Sophistication Agency, LLC, was created initially in 2015 as Prime Sophistication Management and in March 2018 it evolved into a full service agency offering a variety of services to assist others in getting to the next level of their lives. We have obtained over 600 clients in a span of 7 years by wearing multiple professional hats. People have contacted me to be their Career Consultant, Brand Manager, Administrative Manager, Paralegal and much more. With the help of my gracious staff, The Prime Posse, we are able to serve you in your endeavors pertaining to elevating in business, career and life.

Simone handles and assist with all the behind the scenes tasks within Prime Sophistication Agency. Prime Clients are her priority as well as the growth of the company. She can get Prime Clients in through the back door.

Business Manager
Tierra, our business manager, provides our CEO assistance with day to day duties and responsibilities of the company. Keeping Prime Sophistication Agency on track with goals and completing service tasks are her strength.

SYMONE REYNOLDS
Administrative Assistant
BabieMonie is her name, she manages our graphics department Prime Creations. She has the best relationships with our clients and partners and guarantees that everyone is satisfied with their projects.

AVIANCE ELMORE
Branding Specialist
Aviance, who started as our personal assistant, became the Branding Specialist in Prime Branding and assists with filing businesses, trademarks as well as notarizing documents. She makes it easy for our Brand Manager and Prime Clients with her help.
